+ How do payments work?
To set up autopay, you just log-in one time to our portal, powered by Invoiced.com, and enter the information of your preferred credit card or bank account. The invoices are then magically paid every two weeks. You're only charges after sessions are completed and you've had an opportunity to review the invoice.
+ Where are your tutors located?
Most of our tutors are based in and around Chicago, where we started. However, we also recruit top-tier tutors from across the U.S.
+ How do you attract the best tutors?
It’s simple: we pay our special-ed tutors double the industry standard. Boom.
+ What’s the age range of students that you tutor?
We work with students from Pre-K through College.
+ How do video sessions work?
We’ve wowed our parents with what’s possible online. We use screen sharing, shared mouse control (for interactive games), shared interactive whiteboards and online multisensory tools.
+ What expertise do your tutors have?
Our tutors are learning behavior specialists, school psychologists, reading specialists, executive functioning coaches, and other professional educators. Many have a master’s degree and years of experience.
+ What happens if I’m not happy with the match?
If you’re not happy after the first session, we’ll refund your payment and match you with a different tutor.

That depends. If you have access to an expert learning specialist in your region, one who can serve your student’s needs at a place and times that work for everyone, you should try it. If that’s not an option, Progress Parade is your best solution.
+ What happens if I want to stop?
You just stop. There are no penalties, passive-aggressive slaps on the wrist or guilt trips involved. Simply stop scheduling sessions – you won’t be charged again.
+ Can I split my one-hour sessions into 30-minute blocks?
Yes! This is one of the benefits of tutoring online. We’re flexible with scheduling options. We have found that one-hour sessions are the most effective way of digging into content and getting deep work done, but we offer shorter sessions on a case-by-case basis.
